Signed in with a different email address? We now say so
If the address you signed in with doesn't look after the hall, the dashboard tells you, and how to get in.
What was wrong
Lots of halls have more than one email address. Signing in with one not linked to the hall sent you to an empty page without saying why, and trying to claim the hall again said it was already claimed.
What's different now
The dashboard says which address you're signed in with, that it doesn't look after that hall, and how to get in.
If this affected you
Sign in with the hall's address, or ask whoever looks after the hall to add you under People.
