East Meon Village Hall offers two versatile rooms, the Main Hall and Small Hall, which can be hired separately or together as the Whole Hall. It includes a well-equipped kitchen, PA/AV systems, stage, and parking. The hall is available for booking from 9:00 AM to 11:30 PM, 7 days a week. The venue is non-smoking and does not permit fireworks, sparklers, or naked flames.

How to Book
Bookings are preferred online and are subject to acceptance by the Village Hall Management Committee. Payment is due at booking or 2 weeks prior to hire. Booking time must include setup and cleanup. Hirers are responsible for cleaning, car park supervision, and electrical appliance safety. A village resident discount of approximately 15% is available. An alcohol license fee applies (£30 standard, £15 for <20 people) if selling alcohol or charging entry, requiring DPS permission and potentially a risk assessment. Standard terms and conditions apply, including hirer responsibilities for damages and compliance with premises license. The Committee is not liable for theft/damage in the car park or injury/damage from hall use.
