Diary → How full are we? shows how well each room is used, laid out to print for the committee.

How to use it

  1. Step 1: Open Diary, then How full are we?
  2. Step 2: Choose Last 4 weeks, Last term or Last 6 months, then press Print for the meeting.

Good to know

  • Worked out from the bookings in your HallMatch diary, so it's as full as your diary is.
